You're an ambassador because of what you do, not because of how many followers you have.

A constructive tone: you show what a good conversation looks like.
Welcoming new people and helping them find their way.
Curating starter packs so newcomers find something right away.

What it is not

So you know what you are saying yes to.

You are not paid. Recognition is the reward — money would reward whoever shouts loudest, and that is exactly what Debaty refuses to become.
There are no targets to hit. No invitation quota, no posts per week, no ranking you have to appear on.
It can be taken away. Repeated tone violations end the ambassadorship — that is the other side of the same promise.
