Setting up your profile
Add an avatar, a short bio and your interests so others can find you.
Go to Edit profile to upload an avatar and a banner, write a name and a short bio, fill in your location and add links.
Getting a link verified
On the page your link points to, put a link back to your Debaty profile with `rel="me"`, then tap Verify. That mutuality is the whole proof — there is no checkmark for sale.
Your interests live elsewhere
Interests do not belong to your profile but to your settings, and they are private: they are not shown on your profile and nobody else sees what you picked. They do steer your timeline and the people Debaty suggests to you.
You decide how much you share — in Settings › Privacy you set who can see your posts and your profile.
