Replying and who can join in
Reply to a bubble or debate, and decide who may reply under your post.
Every conversation on Debaty is a tree of replies. Replying works the same everywhere.
Replying
- Under a bubble or debate, tap the reply field or the reply icon.
- Write your reply; you can @mention someone, add a source or an image.
- Tap Post.
Who can reply
While writing you set, via Who can reply, who may reply:
- Everyone — anyone who sees the bubble.
- Followers only — only people who follow you.
- Mentioned members only — only those you mention in the post.
- Nobody — replies off.
Reading is always open to anyone who sees the bubble. Afterwards, via the ⋯ menu, you can only make this stricter, never wider.
Quieting a conversation
Done with notifications from a busy thread? Use the mute-conversation option in the ⋯ menu. Someone misbehaving can be reported, muted or blocked.
