What advertising costs and how billing works
One flat rate per thousand impressions, paid from prepaid credit, with an invoice for every top-up.
Advertising on Debaty is prepaid: you load credit and your campaigns spend from it. So you can never spend more than you have deposited.
The rate
There is one flat rate: € 5.00 per 1000 impressions (CPM). No auction, no bidding, no surcharge for a popular topic — everyone pays the same. The rate is frozen onto your campaign the moment you create it, so a later rate change does not affect a running campaign.
Clicks cost nothing extra. You pay for impressions, not for clicks.
Your daily budget
Every campaign has a daily budget of at least € 1.00. That is a ceiling, not a target: once today's budget is spent, the campaign stops until tomorrow. So you never pay more than the daily budget you set yourself.
If your credit drops below what a campaign needs, that campaign pauses automatically. It does not disappear — top up and you can start it again.
Topping up credit
In the advertiser centre you top up with a minimum of € 10.00 at a time. Every top-up, charge and refund appears in your transaction list, so you can always trace where an amount came from.
The invoice
Every top-up produces an invoice with a continuous number prefixed DBT-, for example `DBT-20260001`. You download it as a PDF via the Invoice button next to the transaction. Numbering restarts each year and has no gaps.
If your VAT number belongs in your advertiser profile, fill it in before you top up — it appears on invoices created after that, not retroactively on older ones.
